Dr. Harper graduated from Louisiana State University and became a veterinarian in 2000. He purchased Village Pet Hospital from Dr. Arnold and became it's primary vet in 2003.
His love for animals and their owners make him an exceptional veterinarian. Dr. Harper works primarily on small animals, such as dogs and cats, but he has tackled various wild life from time to time.
When he isn't working at the clinic, he enjoys being at the lake, hiking, skiing, or going to movies with his wife and kids. Not to mention the occasional walk on the beach (as often as possible!).
Dr. Gregory graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2018 and became a full time veterinarian in June of 2018. She completed her off campus rotations with us as well and fell in love with the clinic, so she decided to stay! Dr. Gregory has been working in the veterinary field for many years , starting with work as a kennel attendant when she was in high school. In her free time, she enjoys playing softball, cheering on her Alma Mater, and spending time on the lake with her husband, Michael, and her sweet dog, Derek.
Dr. Arnold is the one who started it all! He graduated from Kansas State University and became a veterinarian in 1958. He started out teaching, then he went on the serve his country in the U.S. Army in the Veterinary Corps
as a Captain.
He became a practicing veterinarian in 1971 when he built and operated his first clinic in Missouri. In 1987, Dr. Arnold opened the first animal health clinic in Bella Vista, our Village Pet Hospital.
Dr. Arnold is semi-retired and only around on Wednesdays and Fridays. He enjoys spending his free time with his beautiful wife, 6 children, and 11 grandchildren! He also takes pride in being an avid golfer.
Dr. Keaton graduated from Missouri University and became a veterinarian in 2000. She joined Village Pet Hospital while we were still in our small clinic location in 2007. Dr. Keaton is one of our part time vets, alternating her time between our clinic and another mixed large and companion animal hospital. She likes working on horses and cows as much as she does dogs and cat.
Dr. Keaton is very family oriented and enjoys showing cattle and attending her children's rodeo competitions in her spare time.

Dr. Woody graduated from Oklahoma State in 1971. He is one of our part time vets, alternating his time between our clinic and a clinic in Siloam Springs. He works primarily on small animals at both clinics. You can find his smile and warm personality at our clinic every Monday and Tuesday!
Dr. Zack graduated from Louisiana State University in 2007. He started at Village Pet Hospital in 2017 and only works with us on Wednesdays. Dr. Zack is mostly known for his practice of holistic medicine and acupuncture. He works with multiple clinics in the area and volunteers in local shelters. Dr. Zack enjoys travelling and being outdoors.
Debbie has worked at Village Pet Hospital since 2012, but has worked in the veterinary field for 29 years total. She not only works as a skilled technician, but has recently been certified as our practice manager. She has several pets of her own, including various farm life. She enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
Heather has worked at Village Pet Hospital since 2015, but has been in the veterinary field for 9 years. She has a heart for cats and loves all things spooky like bats and Halloween.
Tilly has worked at Village Pet Hospital since 2014. She began her veterinary career while in high school as a kennel attendant. Since then, she has worked as a receptionist and continued her learning to become more hands on with the patients as a technician. She enjoys being outdoors, wildlife rehab, singing, and spending time with family and friends.
Melinda has worked at Village Pet Hospital since 2014, but has worked in the veterinary field for 20 years. She has 3 beloved cats that she loves with her husband, former employee, Donnie.
Deb has worked at Village Pet Hospital since 2016, but has been in the veterinary field for over 30 years. She has 4 cats, 2 dogs, and raises livestock. She enjoys being outdoors, tending to her farm, and raising cows and horses.
Nick started working at Village Pet Hospital in 2017. He completed his high school internship as a veterinary assistant, and has since begun school at the UofA to become a veterinarian himself. He enjoys playing hockey, fishing, and being outdoors in his free time. We hope to add him to the doctor's list one day!
Kendra began her veterinary career with Village Pet Hospital in 2017. She has 2 dogs- one of which she adopted through us. She is currently in school working on her Bachelor's Degree.
Hannah has worked at Village Pet Hospital in 2017. She worked as a kennel attendant in 2015 and came back to work as a dedicated administrator and boarding manager. She has 4 dogs, enjoys being outdoors, and is currently working on her degree.
Tammie has been with Village Pet Hospital since April 2020. She has 2 dogs and enjoys DIY projects, camping, and spending time with her 5 grandchildren.
Deborah has worked at Village Pet Hospital since 2015. She began her veterinary career as one of our kennel attendants and became a receptionist in 2016. You can now find her managing the boarding department every morning. She has 3 dogs, one of which is named Brody who comes to work with mom very often. She enjoys spending her days off with her family.
Kent began his veterinary career with Village Pet Hospital in 2016. He has 1 dog and 1 cat. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his son and Weenie Dog Race winner, Lucy.
